Additional Property Attributes

The property is a mixed-use building situated south of Montana Avenue between North 27th Street and North 26th Street in downtown Billings, MT. The property is relatively flat and contains two large 2-story brick structures each with a full basement that were built in the 1910's. The buildings' interiors have been renovated over time and are joined together inside to form one building. The surrounding area consists of both residential and commercial properties including an apartment building to the east, a post office, the Double Tree Hotel, and several eateries to the north, and a vacant commercial building to the west. A rail corridor is located to the south. The property is currently used as office and business space for a local photography company on the main and basement levels while the second floor contains six residential apartment units.
