The property is a mixed-use building situated south of Montana Avenue between North 27th Street and North 26th Street in downtown Billings, MT. The property is relatively flat and contains two large 2-story brick structures each with a full basement that were built in the 1910's. The buildings' interiors have been renovated over time and are joined together inside to form one building. A rail corridor is located to the south.
