Additional Property Attributes

The triangular shape Site is 0.31-acre on one parcel and is currently a vacant concrete and asphalt lot with a billboard. A historical review of the Site indicates that the Site was first developed by at least 1895 with one commercial building and two residential dwellings. From at least 1924 until 1930, the commercial building was a drug store and physician's office and from 1936 until 1961, it was a grocery store. The two residential dwellings were removed from the Site in the late 1960s. The remaining commercial building was utilized as a drycleaning facility from 1969 until 2000 and was demolished in 2004. The Site was most recently utilized as a parking lot for a business located to the west of the Site. During a 2022 Limited Subsurface Investigation, a former fuel dispenser island and a depression consistent with an underground storage tank (UST) were identified on the western and central portions of the Site, respectively.
