Additional Property Attributes

The Site consists of one 0.34-acre parcel and is majority covered by a 24,960 square foot two story, brick commercial building. The commercial building on the Site is vacant and surrounded by an asphalt alley and concrete sidewalks. The City of Gary plans to demolish the building as part of blight removal. The Site building was built in 1918 and operated as various commercial businesses including: Burke Printing Company Incorporated, AT&T Phone Center, Quality Health Care, FBI Incorporated Task Force Narcotics and Gary Police Department which operated there until at least 2005.
