Addl Cleanup/Treatment info: Hazardous and universal waste disposal records indicate the following quantities. - Three drums of non-hazardous Floorcraft Wall-base Adhesive - Two drums of polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) ballasts - Fluorescent lamps (619 ea.), incandescent Lamps (38 ea.), mercury containing broken lamps (1 drum), and a microwave (1 unit) Abatement of asbestos containing material (ACM) floor tile within the Southwest classrooms and cafeteria as well as ACM mastic in the cafeteria, kitchen rooms, hall, and nurse's office was conducted from December 10 to December 17, 2024. ACM mastic was disposed.

Additional Property Attributes

The Site consists of a 3.184-acre parcel on which a brick building was constructed in approximately 1940 that was operated by the Oxford School. A limited asbestos inspection conducted in August 2022 identified asbestos in window and door caulking on the Site building. The roof of the gymnasium portion of the Site building has collapsed and the building has been condemned by Benton County.
