Additional Property Attributes

The Site consists of five parcels equaling 0.916 acre, with the western portion being heavily wooded undeveloped property and the eastern portion developed with a five bay storage garage constructed in approximately 1999. Between the western and eastern portions of the Site are two parcels owned by a different entity which are developed with a pole barn and is the former location of a pond or gravel pit. All Site parcels were formerly owned by the Arnolt Corporation. The western parcel of the Site is currently undeveloped and heavily wooded and the eastern parcel of the Site is mostly covered by a five-bay garage. Historical aerial photographs depict the Site as a gravel drive which was likely utilized for access to and from the gravel pit that was once located to the northeast of the Site. According to records, the Site, although formerly owned by Arnolt Corporation, does not appear to have been utilized for Arnolt's operations; however, the adjoining property (two parcels located between the western and eastern portions of the Site) contains a pole barn constructed prior to 1948 that was included in Arnolt Corporation's operations and where a pond or gravel pit that was once filled with drums was once located. In addition, an aboveground storage tank and fuel pump island either operated on the Site or on the adjoining property to the west.
