Additional Property Attributes

The property is a vacant lot owned by School District Lake Co R-1. The property is located inside the former boundaries of the California Gulch superfund site, which is considered a REC. A railroad ran through the property around the late 1800s and early 1900s, which is considered a REC. Sampling identified the the presence of surface soils impacted by metals including arsenic, cadmium, cobalt, iron, and manganese.
