Additional Property Attributes

The Former Administrative Building (Building 500) is located on a portion of the property identified as 1549 Cutler Road in Cutler, Maine (the Site). The current property owner is the Washington County Development Authority (WCDA). The Site was historically undeveloped prior to purchase by the US Navy in the 1950s. The parcel was developed for administrative uses to support the Navy Base during operations and includes several buildings. The subject building, Building 500, was constructed in 1960 and was formerly used by the Navy for administration offices, a library, a medical clinic, housing, laundry, kitchen, and storage space. The basement included an electrical substation. Building 500 has been vacant since approximately 2004. Redevelopment is unknown.
