Additional Property Attributes

Constructed in the year 1965, after closing in approximately 1995; the Former Fort Peck
Elementary School Building was sold in 1995 to a private owner, and subsequently primarily
used as storage, spanning an area of approximately 17,520 square feet. AGG.LLC has
proposed plans for the redevelopment of the structure. Given the building's age, a
comprehensive examination of potential contaminants and prevailing environmental conditions
is necessary before initiating the redevelopment project.
