Additional Property Attributes

The property is situated in the heart of Missoula's Downtown Historic District and the building was erected in 1910 by C.P. Higgins who is an historical figure. The property will continue to be used as a recording studio, and begin to offer web design services, open-to-the-public special events, educational workshops, and multi-use space for rent. Future reuse plans include historic renovations of the property if the potential buyer is awarded a $50,000 Montana State Historic Preservation Grant in 2025. The Phase I - ESA dated 9/18/2024 found No Recs but recommended a building materials inspection due to the age of the building.
