Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property is improved with a 2,440-square foot wood frame commercial building constructed on a slab on grade foundation currently operated as offices for Bath Housing. The northern portion of the Subject Property building was undeveloped prior to the construction of a residential garage in 1977, which was associated with the northern adjoining property. The residential garage was integrated into the design of the current building which was constructed in 1991. Bath Housing is constructing a new administrative building and plans to demolish this structure and redevelop the property with affordable housing.
