Additional Property Attributes

The subject property was reportedly utilized as a rubbish site for debris generated as a result of Hurricane Camille in 1969. The subject property is an irregularly shaped parcel of land that is undeveloped and is densely vegetated. The property is located in a mixed commercial and residential use area. The surrounding properties to the south, east, and west are developed with single-family residences consisting of an established neighborhood, while properties to the north are for commercial use.

Phase 2 Assessment revealed PAHs, VOCs, and Pesticides in soils and groundwater. Additional Assessment and cleanup is likely necessary prior to any redevelopment.
