Additional Property Attributes

Historical: Kelly Miller High School was built in 1920 and served as Clarksburg's African-American high school until school desegregation in 1956. The building then served as the location of the central offices for the Harrison County Board of Education from 1982 until 2017, when they donated the building to the WV Black Heritage Festival. Reuse: The building is being redeveloped as a community center.
