Additional Property Attributes

The building was built in the late 1960s and functioned as a hospital. In 2016, the Memorial Hospital discontinued patient care and ER services. One wing of the building is currently being used for physical therapy building. The Phase II Environmental Assessment was funded with 128(a) funds for project oversight and BRLF PCPI for the assessment.
