Additional Property Attributes

The site was developed with a single-story 16,600 square-foot warehouse structure (used as a church and community center), a 200 square-foot shed and, a single-story 3,500 square-foot pole barn. The buildings were partially occupied at the time of our assessment. We conducted the assessment activities to assist with identification of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) prior to renovation of the buildings. No ACMs were identified in connection with the Pole Barn and Shed (Building 200). There were identified ACMs, assumed ACM, and trace asbestos material identified in connection with the Warehouse structure (Building 100).
