Additional Property Attributes

Historical: A bulk fuel storage facility, automotive repair shop, and tire facility operated at the subject site with operations beginning in approximately 1930. Additionally, various storage containers, ASTs and drums were observed at the subject property without proper secondary containment. The potential contamination and vapor intrusion concerns associated with the previous commercial operations at the subject property is considered a REC. Reuse: Developer is interested in purchasing the property after the Phase I ESA is completed for commercial use.
