For example, an investigation of the site history can include an investigation of site vulnerabilities based on historical and recent extreme weather patterns and events (e.g., floods and drought). Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property is an approximately 11.7-acre former residential school facility located at 451 Nolan Trace, Leesville, Louisiana 71446. The Subject Property is a closed residential school facility. Eleven buildings, a swimming pool, former athletic fields, and access driveways and parking lots are present at the property. Land uses in the vicinity are commercial and residential. Eleven buildings are present at the Subject Property. A 21,615 square-foot two-story brick and masonry administration building, and a 30,578 square foot two-story brick and masonry gymnasium are the largest buildings, centrally located at the property. A 9,533 square foot art recreation and maintenance building and a 2,850 square foot kitchen and service building are present near the administration building. Three residential structures remain at the property, a 5,782 square foot superintendent's residence, and two staff residences, the 9,112 square foot Faith Cottage A, and the 9,112 square foot Faith Cottage B. Four small outbuildings are present: a storage shed located adjacent to the superintendent's residence, a pool shed containing pool pumps and heaters, a groundskeeping shed, and an equipment shed. A swimming pool, fenced basketball court, and recreational fields are present on the southwestern portion of the property.

No recognized environmental conditions (RECs), controlled recognized environmental conditions (CRECs), historical recognized environmental conditions (HRECs), vapor encroachment conditions (VECs), or significant data gaps were identified in connection with the Subject Property or adjoining properties.

Potential asbestos containing materials (ACMs) and lead-based paint (LBP) may be present at the Subject Property. Appropriate methods and actions pertaining to applicable regulations should be administered prior to any disturbance of these suspect materials which will require specialized surveys and possibly removal and disposal.

It is recommended that ACM and LBP inspections be conducted at the Subject Property to determine the presence, and volume of any potentially regulated materials.
