Additional Property Attributes

The property was historically used for laundry cleaning and car wash operations. This assessment has revealed the following recognized environmental conditions in connection with the Subject Property: - The Subject Property was historically used for laundry cleaning and car wash operations. Atlas notes potential concern regarding the release of dry-cleaning and/or car washing solvents to the Subject Property during active cleaning and car wash operations. Based on the former on-site operations, the possible release of PFOA and PFOS is considered a REC. - The elevated levels of benzene, total xylenes, ethylbenzene, and chloroform detected in the soil gas samples collected during the Phase II investigation in 2018 are considered to represent a REC to the Subject Property. - Due to the elevated levels of benzene, total xylenes, ethylbenzene, and chloroform discovered in the previous Phase II investigation as well as the potential PFAS contamination from the previous laundry and car wash uses, a VEC exists at the Subject Property. The VEC is considered a REC.
