Additional Property Attributes

This site is a vacant irregular shape lot of approximately 1.48 acres. The property area contains mostly tree cover and dense vegetation, but is relatively cleared of trees along a paved driveway. The driveway and man-made paths lead to a small building foundation located along the northeast border. The old building foundation is difficult to see as there are weeds and trees growing on and around it.
Historically, a residential home was present on the property as early as 1974. The subject property was likely used a residential home from at least 1974 to 1987.
The surrounding area is currently developed for mostly residential, and commercial purposes. A retail petroleum station adjoins to the north of the subject property, residential homes adjoin to the east, southwest, and west. Southeast of the subject property is a strip mall that contains a Piggly Wiggly, Big Lots, and a Little Caesars Pizza. Gantt's Quarry, located approximately 1,200 feet southwest of the subject property, is an inactive marble quarry that is now used as an educational site for tours. Alabama Municipal Electric Authority (AMEA) Sylacauga Plant, a power generation plant, is located approximately 1,250 feet northwest from the subject property.
This assessment has revealed no evidence of RECs in connection with the property.
