Additional Property Attributes

Historically, the subject property operated as a cement works, coal and fuel sheds, knitting company, Revere Motor Car Corp assembly and painting, commercial bakery, basket & box manufacturer, lumber warehouse, and body shop and repair. The subject property is currently a vacant lot. The subject property consists of a single parcel that is bounded by S.u.s Die Casting facility to the north and the Eel River to the west. Eel River Avenue and Melbourne Avenue adjoin to the east, with the BoonDockers Banquet Facility beyond. A railroad adjoins to the south with the Wabash River beyond.
