Additional Property Attributes

The subject property, Home and Season, Parcel ID# 0200049610) is located at 112 S. Main Street, Lamar, Prowers County, Colorado. A review of historical maps and aerial photography suggests the subject property is and has been a commercial and retail space with a residential space on the second floor. The Home and Season is approximately 10,050 square feet in size for the commercial space and is approximately 1,900 square feet on the second floor. The structure is composed of metal and concrete block, drywall and wood framing, and a metal roof.
The subject property was not identified on standard environmental records. An asbestos survey was conducted on the subject property targeting the second floor in February and
March 2024. Results of the survey indicate the presence of asbestos-containing materials.
