Additional Property Attributes

Lead based paint was found on site in the structure and in soil within 3 feet of the structure. All surface soil within 3 feet of the site and a warning barrier was placed along the excavation floor prior to backfill. Lead contamination may exist throughout the site past the 3 foot drip line established by Housing and Urban Development (HUD) however Missouri Department of Natural Resources in its opinion that all lead based paint and lead paint related hazards at the site have been property addressed according to applicable state and federal requirements.
