Additional Property Attributes

The site is developed as Garfield County Children's Justice Center, a screen printing shop, unoccupied offices and a communications building. Panguitch is seeking to redevelop the property, but there is uncertainty due to a REC, which is the old coal burning furnace. This REC could have created ash and waste that could be present in the site soils. Further investigation is recommended. ACM is also suspected in the building.
