Additional Property Attributes

EPA Brownfields TBA project produced an Asbestos and Lead-Based Paint Inspection Report, Cleanup Plan and Cost Estimate, and Analysis of Brownfields Cleanup Alternatives for the Burlington Gymnasium near the Burlington Elementary School. The project scope included sampling suspect building materials, screening of lead-based paint (LBP), wipe sampling for asbestos on surfaces selected by school district staff, and a visual screening for mold. Sampling identified asbestos-containing materials (ACM) and LBP in the gymnasium building. The visual screening for mold identified water intrusion and potential evidence of mold in the building.
