Additional Property Attributes

The Site is 1.13-acres on one parcel and is currently developed with a one-story warehouse on the south-central portion. The interior of the Site building consists of approximately 4,536-square feet of floor space and open garage space. Areas north, south, and west of the building are covered with crushed asphalt and several feet of crushed asphalt are present on the northeastern portion of the Site. Historical uses included a junk yard, automotive repair shop, a welding and machine shop, trucking operations, and a machine shop, and their operations would have utilized general hazardous substances and petroleum products. A release of automotive fluids and petroleum products was reported on August 18, 2003, but the affected area is unreported. In addition, surface staining was observed on the former building foundation, east of the existing building.
