Additional Property Attributes

The facility was in operation from 1984 to 1999 as Hyde's Service Co., then Gas & More. The old shop and restaurant have been demolished and Buffalo Sno has built a snow cone stand on the property. The old pumps and canopy are gone, but the tanks are still in the ground. There are three USTs (one 8,000 gallon, one 4,000 gallon, and one 2,000 gallon) that were installed in 1984 and filled in place with drilling mud in 1999. No sampling was submitted during their in-place closure in 1999, just leak detection records and vapor monitoring well data. We will be conducted a Phase I ESA for a historical overview of the property, and a Phase II ESA with tank removal to conduct a full environmental assessment. This site is enrolled in our 128(a) grant program but Assessments will be conducted with our $2M CWAGST grant. All assessments for this site will be entered "through" that CA in ACRES, and can be visible on the property profile page, or on that grant's page.
