Additional Property Attributes

According to property records, the Site was initially developed in 1850 and operated as a light industrial facility including metal stamping and machining. The Site is currently occupied by Open Cupboard Food Pantry, Wilton Main Street Association, and Computer Haven. As a machining company, the Site historically used a variety of metals and solvents that may have been released to the environment. Due to the age of the building, it is assumed that hazardous building materials including asbestos, lead paint, and PCBs may also be present.
