Additional Property Attributes

This property is a former school building constructed in 1963. Outdoor improvements include a paved track, football field, basketball courts, and a playground. The school was closed in 2022 but the outdoor areas remain in use by the public for recreation. The City of Little Rock owns the property and has requested a TBA to include a Phase I ESA and hazardous building material surveys. The City plans to renovate the building to become a multi-purpose community space including meeting rooms, co-working spaces, municipal offices, and will keep the outdoor areas open to the public.
