Ohio EPA 4/16/2025 Update: From at least 1937 to the late 1970s, parcel 03A0200000150 consisted of unimproved agricultural and/or grassy and brushy land. In approximately 1981, parcel
03A0200000150 was developed by Emro Marketing Company with one (1) commercial building and associated asphalt paved parking, fueling system and a canopy. A September 2024 Phase I ESA conducted by CT Consultants (now Verdantas) concluded that one (1) Recognized Environmental Condition (REC) existed in connection with Property - the presence of five (5) USTs, associated underground piping, and dispensers. Based on the 2025 Phase II investigation, Verdantas provided the following recommendation: Properly close all USTs and all associated appurtenances in accordance with BUSTR Closure requirements.
