Additional Property Attributes

Ohio EPA 4/16/2025 Update: During the 2025 Phase I inspection, the property consisted of three parcels covering approximately 0.651 acres. It is developed with two apartment buildings: one building, measuring 18,618 square feet, located on the western portion, and another building, measuring 12,985 square feet, situated on the eastern portion. Both apartment buildings were vacant at the time of the inspection. Historical records indicate that the property remained vacant until the construction of the apartment buildings in 1920. The property was not listed in any research regulatory databases. Based on the findings from this assessment, August Mack did not identify any Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs), Controlled RECs (CRECs), Historical RECs (HRECs), or significant data gaps related to the property. However, the 2025 Asbestos-Containing Materials (ACM) survey revealed the presence of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) including but not limited to pipe insulation, floor tile, Transite pipe, and mastic.
