Additional Property Attributes

From approximately 1936 until 1996, the Site was utilized for gasoline filling station operations, tire sales, and/or automobile repair operations. From 2010 until present, the Site has been utilized for automobile detailing operations. Four underground storage tanks (USTs) were historically utilized at the Site. Three USTs were reportedly closed in place in 1991; however, in a 1995 Notification for USTs, the then-owner indicated that the fourth UST had also been closed in place. No closure documentation is available for review.
A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment dated June 28, 2024 identified three apparent vent pipes attached to a masonry wall connecting two on-Site buildings and one in-ground hydraulic lift in a garage/shop area. Based on the presumed age of the lift, hydraulic fluids could have historically contained polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs).
