Additional Property Attributes

The Site is 0.20-acre on one parcel. The Site is currently developed with one 2,340-square-foot building. The building is currently used to store furniture, a vehicle, and other personal belongings of the owner. A review of historical city directories indicates that the Site was occupied by several grocery and fruit markets from 1955 until 1995. Other listed occupants have included an accounting and tax service business in 1995 and a heating a cooling company in 2000. According to the Assessor's Office records, the existing building was constructed in 1987. Fire Department records indicate that an arson fire occurred at the property approximately 30 years ago. The current owners acquired the property in 2003.
