Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I report was approved by EPA on 3/15/06. Assessment activities have just begun as of this writing. This property is part of the town's Lower Millyard redevelopment. In addition to a new transportation center, initiatives for the millyard include the creation of an historic transportation park, the relocation of the Public Works facility, the extension of the Riverwalk pedestrian path, and work to connect the Lower Millyard with the adjacent Cedar Street district of town. (PPF attached to QR 10, 1/1/06-3/31/06)

Former Use: Transit Authority is constructing a 10,000 s.f. transportation center adjacent to the property. Currently a transmission shop.
