Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I report was approved by EPA on 3/15/06. Assessment activities have just begun as of this writing. The proposed DPW facility is to be located within the municipal complex consisting of the Police Station, an elementary school, Town Hall, and municipal garage. This is the "center" of town for practical purposes, as Boxford is a rural/suburban community without significant business development. (PPF attached QR 10, 1/1/06-3/31/06)

Former Use: Part of a 90-acre town-owned parcel containing Town Hall, police, a school. The property contains a capped landfill.
