Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property is located within the City of Portland and has over 100 years of various light industrial, and commercial uses. The property was orginally developed as a grain storage and processing and feed mill building from at least 1906 until approximately 1972 when the property was only utilized as a feed mill until approximately 1992. Coal was formerly stored in the rear yeard from at least 1906 until approximately the late 1940s. In addition, a railroad spur fomerly traversed the property to the west of the subject building and to the east of the former coal storage.
