Former Use: The property was initially developed by Production Products, Inc. in 1946. Prior to 1946, the subject proprety was undeveloped land. Production Products reportedly utilized the site as a machine shop from approximately 1946 to 1965. From approximately 1967 to 2005, Dawn Equipment Company occupied the subject property. Dawn utilized the site for the assembly of Baker equipment.(PPF attached to QR 6, 1/1/06-3/31/06)
