Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Parcel A of the property consisted of woodpiles which were most likely associated with the Booth and Boyd Lumber Company from at least 1901 until approximately 1924. In 1924, Building 1 was constructed on the parcel, and operated as a filling station which utilized three USTs. The filling station operated from approximately 1924 until at least 1953. Building 1 was susbequently operated as a barber shop and drive thru party store until approximately 2001, whien it was left vacant. Parcel B of the Property was first developed prior to 1895 and was utilized for residential purposes until approximately the mid 1950s. Assessment information indicates Building 2 was constructed in 1954 following demolition of some residential dwellings. From the early 160s until the late 1970s, the remaining residential dwellings which were not demilished during the initial construction of Building 2, were removed to allow for additions to Building 2. From the early 1950s until the mid 1960s through the completion of the Phase I ESA, Building 2 has been utilized as a heating and cooling supply warehouse.
