Additional Property Attributes

The property is intended to be developed as a recycling facility. (PPF attached to QR 8, 7/1/06 - 9/30/06)

Former Use: The subject property appears to have been first developed as a gravel pit. The exact years are unknown. A portion of the subject property was utilized as a Type III landfil from at least 1975 until 1985. In 1997 the property was sold to J.R. Schweikert, LLC.
