Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property is located within the City of Portland and was operated as a gasoline filling station and party store from the early 1930s until 1976 when gasoline filling activities were abandoned and the pump was removed. The subject property operated as a party store from 1976 until the mid-1980s when the property was vacated. The former party store building, associated gasoline canopy, and one 500-gallon gasoline UST were removed from the property in the early 1990s.
