Declaration of Environmental Covenant with the following conditions: extraction of groundwater is prohibited without express written permission of Maine DEP, the site must only be used for commercial/industrial purposes, soil/groundwater remaining at the site must be managed in coordination with DEP and in accordance with the environmental media management plan, a cover system must be maintained, and new buildings must include a DEP-approved vapor barrier.
