Former Use: The property is located at 700 through 730 Brook Avenue and 514 East 156th Street, Block 2359, part of Lot 3, on the southeast corner of the intersection formed by Brook Avenue and East 156th Street. The property is approximately 1 acre. The northern portion of the site contains the remnants of a former gasoline filling station including a hydraulic lift tank and underground storage tank piping, and consists of approximately 2,300 square feet; the central portion of the site contains remnant-building foundations that formerly housed a provisions facility and consists of approximately 11,000 square feet; and the southern portion of the property that formerly served as a freight yard consists of approximately 30,000 square feet.
