Additional Property Attributes

The Dedicated Transportation property is being redeveloped into 42,000 square foot mixed use (office/warehouse) project. The project is enrolled in the Florida Brownfields Program; Brownfields Property Rehabilitation Agreement entered into on June 27, 2005. (PPF �Dedicated Transportation, 10/11/06)

Former Use: A portion of the area known as "Marks Brother's Dump," originated from the filling in of a former borrow pit. The material disposed in the dump was reported to consist of yard debris, white goods, and putrescible waste.
