Additional Property Attributes

Limited soil removal of petroleum impacted areas was performed in 2006 by the property owner prior to use of the property for a large truck tire repair and replacement store. (December 3, 2007)

Former Use: Most recently, the property operated as Tic Toc Tire, which conducted vulcanizing and re-treading of truck tires using the Oliver Process. Tic Toc Tire reportedly ceased operation approximately 12/01/2001. Automotive vehicle servicing was also conducted at the facility. The property was initially developed in the early 1990's as a re-treading facility. Prior to the initial development, the property was reportedly undeveloped.
