Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Historically the property has been utilized as agricultural cropland. The northeastern portion of the subject property was leased to Werner Construction circa 2004 (the sub-contractor hired by the Nebraska Department of Roads to build the new nearby Highway 81 by-pass). Werner Construction graded the northeastern 20 acres of the subject property and also built an access road at the property for the Fillmore County Development Corporation in anticipation for future industrial development. The construction company used the graded area to store road construction equipment.
