Additional Property Attributes

Historical structure which is the only remaining intact building of the former Phoenix Steel Corp. The intended uses for the Foundry building are those that will serve as a catalyst for activity and prosperity in Phoenixville on a continual basis. The current combination of uses under consideration are: live performance theater, restaurant, a large banquet facility, assembly hall for public and private events, and exhibit space. Our goal, where appropriate, is to accommodate multiple uses with flexible spaces, fixtures and furniture systems. (PPF attached to QR 3, 4/1/06-6/30/06)

Former Use: Former Iron Foundry for Phoenix Steel Corp. from 1880s to mid 1990s.
