Additional Property Attributes

The property has a UST removed several years ago. The property has never closed and is being addressed by the current owner. The area also has a history of methane venting, so a study to determine if methane is present under the property and whether the methane was generated or migrated on the property is being conducted. Drain testing is also being conducted to determine the discharge of strip drains in the maintenance shop.(PPF - Former Peninsula Beverage Property - Parcel 017-06, 12-4-06)

Former Use: Originally a soft drink bottling and distribution plant, then maintenance buildings were constructed on the property. It then became a warehouse and distribution facility for beverages. In the end, it became an aluminum can recycling and storage warehouse. The north end of the maintannce building is leased by Penske Truck Leasing.
