Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Ultra Fuel gas station - Facility observed to consist of one building, parking and landscaped areas, dispenser islands, and propane AST. Facility observed to be gas station with service bays for auto repair. Facility observed to have approximately 3 USTs, 3 dispenser islands, hydraulic lifts, 1 propane AST, several 55-gallon drums, and at least 6 to 7 groundwater monitoring wells.
