Facility observed to be tire shop, fence company, and retail store. Service bays, potential inground lifts, several containers with unknown contents, various patches in pavement, and liquid running out of bay and onto Poway Road observed at Evan�s Tire. Cracked and degraded asphalt with three 1 square foot concrete patches observed.
