Additional Property Attributes

During the reporting period, the developer modified the RAP addendum that had been submitted to the WDNR for review in the previous period. The City continues to work with the developer on finalizing property development plans so we can plan the soil removal activities. RACM has completed remedial activities and sold property. Developer will be bringing site to closure and developing light industrial office buildings.

Former Use: Print shop, auto garage, machine shop, acetylene plant, aluminum screen & plastic shade factory, raw casting & carbon warehouse, pump & tank works Formerly used by several industrial buildings that were used for a variety of activities including mattress manufacturing, building supply manufacturing, box and specialty company, machine shops, pump and tank works, an auto garage, and a sand blasting shed.
