Additional Property Attributes

Based on the investigation results and observations, DEQ concludes that: 1) the release of hazardous substances from the waste treatment area is de minimis; 2) there are no unacceptable risk for human receptors who may be exposed to property soil and groundwater contamination; and 3) further removal or remediation is not warranted. The property appears to be appropriate for commercial/industrial occupation or redevelopment. All available environment information was reviewed, and based on this review, DEQ determined that no further action (NFA) is required for the property on 8/27/04.

Former Use: A, 14,000-square-foot, steel sided, I-beam-supported structure on an elavated concrete foundation. Property of a former circuit-board plating operation that ceased operations in 1994. Former wastewater-treatment facilities have been removed from the building's south exterior wall.
