Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property was most recently used as an A&W Restaurant. Prior to Phase I ESA, available information indicated that the property may have been formerly used as a gasoling service station. Phase I ESA identified that the property was predominantly vacant until 1959, when the restaurant was constructed. The Phase I ESA did not identify any information that indicated that the property was formerly a gasoline service station. No recognized environmental conditions (RECs) identified.
